Increase broker sales:
- Your homes are submitted to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- A CBSI representative is available seven days a week to answer broker questions. Brokers are then directed to your community.
- We can assist you in alerting realtors when you are having events such as grand openings or RealtorĀ® open house.
Direct buyer sales (no broker coop):
- We submit your homes to multiple online real estate listing portals.
- A CBSI representative is available seven days a week to answer calls from prospective buyers. We answer their questions and give them your community contact information.
- We try to obtain their name and contact information. When we have it, we provide the information to your community sales staff.
Note: When CBSI provides a buyer under this program you DO NOT pay a broker coop fee. Some builders using the program have saved enough on broker coop fees to cover all the costs of the program.
The total fee is $1000 for each listing. The fee is payable through close of new home escrow.
